What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect the name, work email, area of interest and brief you provide. If you attend a course we also hold attendance records and any feedback you choose to give. Messages sent through the live chat widget are held for the duration of the conversation so an engineer can answer you.
We do not ask for special-category data, and please do not paste credentials, secrets or production configuration into the enquiry form or chat.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver and administer courses and engagements, and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for one.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and local storage keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set after you tick the consent checkbox and save your preference; choosing "essential cookies only" leaves them off.
To change your mind, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser — the consent banner will appear again on your next visit.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Course and engagement records are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to satisfy accounting requirements.
Service providers
We rely on third parties for website hosting, email and invoicing. They process data only on our instructions. If you need the current list of providers for a supplier review, ask and we will send it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form on our home page and we will respond within one month.
